Tessellating Fish Mosaic
I used Photoshop to figure out the initial shape construction and tessellation.
The original shape was made in it's own graph and then linked into the detail graph.
100% Substance mosaic. I've always been inspired by Etcher. In the past, I've even worked on figuring out some of his designs. This one however, is an original and though it is very simple it is the path to much more elaborate work. The colours can be easily modified, as can the pattern the colours appear in.
I'm also tweaking it of stylised use.
